I was really tired of Ciobar, which has the advantage of being fast but leaves a taste too sweet.


Hands up who these days to say the least polar temperatures are not prepared (or did not want) a fabulous, dense, luxurious hot chocolate. I obviously get up either, because after hours and hours spent shoveling snow to freezing, I abused, because the only thing that can give me energy, heat (and pleasure) was precisely this creamy dark beverage.
Forget the prepared industrial and think that you can achieve your mix directly with your hands, kids cups with lids especially knowing what's inside.
