Researchers at Southern specialty beverage Hospitality Kristiansand and Public Health in Oslo, the collaboration with Sahlgrenska specialty beverage University Hospital in Gothenburg, Länssjukhuset Ryhov in Jönköping and Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen to find out more about the diseases ticks carry with them, writes Southern Hospitality in a press release.

A conservative estimate predicts that over 40,000 people in the three countries became ill after infection with tick-borne bacteria and viruses in 2011. In messaging systems are probably the big unknown in terms of the actual number of cases.
