Miles Teller & Michael B. Jordan to Reteam for Warner Bros Heist Film | FirstShowing.net
Rising young stars Miles Teller and Michael B. Jordan have already teamed up in That Awkward Moment , and we're still waiting to hear if the two will be officially cast in the reboot of Fantastic Four after being rumored to play Mr. Fantastic and The Human Torch respectively. While Fox still figures out their cast of the comic book franchise mulligan, Teller and Jordan have already decided to start together in another film at Warner Bros. The Wrap has word that the two stars will reteam with the Tom Gormican , the writer and director of the aforementioned sex comedy released last month, for an untitled heist film.
Details on the plot weren't revealed, but the heist is said to be in the same vein as Ocean's Eleven and will be set in Macau, and Brett Ratner is producing. It would have been smarter to announce this project when That Awkward Moment was still being promoted and before people saw it was an underwhelming bromantic comedy that didn't quite hit the comedy quality it seemed to aspire to. Apparently that didn't happen because Zac Efron isn't involved in this new film, and that seemed unfair. Both Teller and Jordan have been busy and continue to get more and more work, so this is just more fuel for the fire. Sound good?
