INSTAGRAM


On Tuesday filled my sweet grand daughter 12 years. Think where's the time ... She had invited her three best girlfriends for afternoon delight and I regaled them with buns, chocolate, æblecrumble and these little mini muffins with berry and marzipan.
Mini Muffins with berry and marzipan: 2 eggs 70 g sugar 50 g marzipan coarsely grated 100 g flour 3/4 teaspoon baking powder 1 tsp vanilla sugar or vanilla pod 1 tbsp 100 g butter melted and cooled Frozen blackberries - 1 single for each muffin
Melt the butter and let it cool. Beat eggs, sugar and marzipan together until fluffy great line and foamy white. It takes about 4-5 minutes. Mix flour with baking powder and vanilla sugar. Pour the milk into butter and fold the flour and butter mixture alternately in no egg mixture - very gently so you do not destroy the delicate airy dough. Turn on the stove while at 200 degrees normal. oven. and bake for 8 minutes. It is very important that they only just baked or you risk that they will become dry. So keep an eye on them!
Today we should celebrate both my big girl and my husband with brunch with the family. My sister comes bargain home from London! I'm looking forward to. I'll try to take some photos of the brunch because I have planned a lot of delicious food and pastries including a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and a marble cake.
