Roll the finished occupied dough firmly and wrap in plastic wrap.
Before we cut serving salmon role in any thick slices, they must rest again in the fridge great then for at least 6-7 hours. Finally, the salmon rolls on a serving dish.
That looks really great then delicious. I have to but a question: apply 200 C for a convection oven? You bring me because that is just an idea. I'll try the whole thing in the kettle grill or smoker great then and still give the whole story a little touch of smoke. But only if it is a few degrees warmer. Oh this looks really great. I have to make my grandma's for the weekend a appetizer buffet for 90 year old birthday.
