Melt the butter. Stir in powdered milk, powdered sugar, whipped cream, lemon juice, cardamom and ca

The technique worked against me earlier today. Because of a silly mistake, I can only post pictures of the finished confection. You who are experienced readers here know that I pains me to document the cooking crafts with shells process step by step. This time however, crafts with shells you are ready you with your own imagination.
Barfi is really special. Either you think that it is heaven, or you think you it tastes terrible. I think at least not that anyone can be neutral to these funny little bonbons. The recipe crafts with shells comes from M, one of my best friends. She grew up in a home where there is always mended vegetarian food of Indian character. Be allowed to stay and have dinner at M was always an experience. Her parents cooked (and laws today, I take for granted) amazing good food. Homemade chapati, curry fragrant stews and perfectly cooked basmati rice was obvious on their dinner table. The entire M's family was additionally real sweet tooth. I do not remember when I first tasted the right barfi, but I remember that I fell like a statue. It was really candy in my taste. It must be decided whether this is authentic Indian sweets or not. I ship in all simplicity a big thanks to M, for this original recipe. Or perhaps I should rather crafts with shells like to thank her parents, E and M? I can vividly imagine that the list of ingredients may raise many questions. Do not forget that this is confections. You shall not eat one kilogram of it (unless you absolutely want). It should be enjoyed at a good table, or a cup of coffee. Additionally, you should know, this is really only a half batch. I thought so to say that it could be enough. If there is anyone who falls head over heels for equal barfi that I myself did once upon a time, so you can of course good to double the batch to the next opportunity.
Barfi 125 grams unsalted butter, melted 200g icing sugar 1 sachet of powdered milk (96 grams) 0.5 cup heavy cream 1 teaspoon lemon juice 0.5 tsp ground karedmumma 1 pinch of organic vanilla powder few drops of green food coloring 1 teaspoon rose water 100 grams of coconut 0.5 dl pistachios , peeled 0.5 cups sultanas crafts with shells coconut and icing sugar to sprinkle on top
Melt the butter. Stir in powdered milk, powdered sugar, whipped cream, lemon juice, cardamom and caramel color. Season with rosewater; I just took a teaspoon, but should have taken more. Then stir in coconut, pistachios and raisins. These ingredients may need to be kneaded into the mass of the hand. It is quite in order for mass appears oily, while more icing sugar if necessary. Line a small tray, a dish or a shape with sheeting. Flatten crafts with shells the mass of the foil; it should be 1-1.5 cm thick. Sprinkle coconut over and finish with aiming icing on cocosen. Refrigerate one hour. Then cut up Barfin in small confectionery pieces and store in tightly sealed box in the fridge. To my knowledge, crafts with shells they also freeze crafts with shells well. I chose today green food coloring, pistachios and sultanas. It is as well to flavor with coarsely chopped almonds and raisins usual. Bitter Almond Essence, orange blossom water and cinnamon also work well as a seasoning. And it is just as stylish color barfi, for example, red food coloring.
